"Stoic Cafe is definitely worth checking out on Nimman Road. We really enjoyed the Nutella crepe! It’s made in a classic French crepe style: light, delicate, and not too sweet. Easy to enjoy with coffee. They also serve a lovely homemade bagel with plenty of options."

"We love this café! The electro vibe and Scandinavian minimalist decor make it such a great spot in Nimman. The homemade bagel is hands down the best I’ve had in Chiang Mai, the ingredients are top quality and the seasoning is just perfect. It honestly made our brunch today so good! Haven’t tried the rest of the menu yet, but I’ll definitely be back, that no-carb option looks amazing. Highly recommend the Stoic cafe. It’s my second visit, and definitely not the last."

"Stoic is a very bright and welcoming café, perfect for a relaxing break. I ordered a French crepe with Nutella and a caramel cappuccino, and everything was absolutely delicious and well prepared. The quality of the ingredients really stood out. The staff were kind, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Stoic for a great coffee and dessert in a pleasant atmosphere."

"Great coffee and matcha but the food is a hit and miss. We tried the salmon avocado toast (so good!) and the avocado egg toast (meh - was very undersalted). The place is cute and boutique so they charge more than usual places. Parking is a challenge on is street so try to walk or bike it. Come here for the coffee!"

They really set the standard on high quality coffee drinks. Stoic ranks at the top of quality with many peers here that are All way better than the USA."
